Job summary

Ørsted Bioenergy seeks a Senior Operational Technology (OT) Security Officer to strengthen security, resilience, and compliance of critical assets across OT, IT, engineering and operations. You will lead OT security governance, perform risk assessments, support secure OT architecture, and collaborate with vendors to ensure practical, risk-based controls that align with safety requirements.

A background in engineering or cyber security and fluency in Danish and English are preferred, with

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT, Automation
• Experience in ICs systems and 24/7 production environments
• Familiar with IT networks and Purdue model
• Knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27001 and local regulations
• Fluent in Danish and English
• Willingness to travel within Denmark

Responsibilities

• Lead OT security governance, policies, standards, and procedures
• Assess, manage and reduce cyber risk across OT environments
• Define and support secure OT architecture (segmentation, access control, logging)
• Conduct OT risk assessments, gap analyses and maturity reviews
• Partner with operations, engineering, IT and vendors to ensure practical controls
• Drive OT security awareness and training across teams
