Ørsted Bioenergy is seeking a Senior OT Security Officer to strengthen security across OT, IT, engineering and operations, translating cyber risk into business and safety terms. You’ll work with Danish sites and partners to implement practical, risk-based controls while preserving safety and availability.

You will join a small OT Security team in Denmark, collaborating across sites, with travel as needed, and contribute to governance, architecture and risk assessments for critical energy systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Automation, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in industrial control systems and 24/7 production environment.
• Knowledge of IT networks (e.g. Purdue model, firewall, data diodes).
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, ISO 27001 and Danish legislation (Lov om styrket Beredskab i Energisektoren).
• Fluent in Danish and English; strong teamwork and willingness to tackle tasks across functions.

Mansioni

• Lead OT security governance, policies, standards and procedures.
• Assess, manage and reduce cyber risk across OT environments (ICS, SCADA, PLCs, IIoT).
• Define and support secure OT architecture (network segmentation, secure remote access, asset visibility, logging, monitoring, vulnerability management).
• Conduct OT security risk assessments, gap analyses, and maturity reviews per frameworks/regulations.
• Partner with operations, engineering, maintenance, IT and vendors to ensure practical, risk-based security controls.
• Drive OT security awareness and training for technical and operations teams.
