Job summary

Semco Maritime is hiring an OT Security Architect in the Renewables division in Denmark (Esbjerg or Copenhagen). The role leads the OT Security team on large-scale EPC substation projects and helps shape secure, resilient OT solutions that support the global energy transition.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant OT Security experience.
• Tech Lead mentality and ability to lead large, structured projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Take architectural lead and support OT Security across EPC substation projects.
• Define and implement security architecture based on IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and NIS.
• Coordinate FAT, SAT and SIT activities to ensure successful delivery and integration.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, identity access management, and logging/event teams.
