Ramboll is seeking a Lead/Senior Structural Engineer in Esbjerg, Denmark, to work in the Jackets department on offshore substructures for Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind. You will own projects from feasibility through detail design and interface with multiple disciplines in an international team.

You should have 5–8 years of offshore experience, lead capability (2–3 years), and strong knowledge of ISO/API/NORSOK/DNV codes, plus hands-on use of ROSAP/SESAM/SACS and other simulation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in structural, naval or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years’ offshore structures experience in the North Sea area, with 2–3 years in lead roles.
• Familiar with ISO and preferably API, NORSOK or DNV codes.
• Experience with 3D beam element programs (ROSAP, SESAM, SACS) and strong English business communication.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of offshore jackets design projects from feasibility study to detailed design.
• Coordinate interfaces with other disciplines and stakeholders.
• Travel to Ramboll offices (approx. 5–25 days per year) for project alignment and site activities.
• Lead project management and planning to ensure timely delivery and quality.
