Job summary
Hilti Group is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel for a regional role covering offshore energy projects. Based in Kleppe, Norway, with Haderslev, Denmark as an alternative location, you will partner with regional stakeholders and collaborate with global legal, compliance and functional teams.
The role involves reviewing and negotiating complex contracts, advising on deal structures, and supporting pre-contract activities such as NDAs and RFPs/RFQs, while ensuring governance and compliance
Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer or legal counsel with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in commercial contracting and project negotiations.
- Experience with EPCs or large-scale projects is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal and compliance support across the Region on contracts and transactions.
- Review, draft, and support negotiations of complex commercial and project contracts in offshore energy.
- Advise on deal structures and support pre-contract activities including NDAs and RFPs/RFQs.
- Support project execution phases, including claims management and dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with global legal, compliance, and procurement teams across Hilti Group.
- Serve as regional interface to subject matter experts in IP, trade compliance, risk and tax.
- Contribute to compliance training and monitoring in partnership with Head of Legal & Compliance.
- Be part of the Regional Legal & Compliance team across regions.
