Job summary

Terma A/S in Lystrup near Aarhus is seeking (Senior) Machine Learning Engineers to join the Accelerator team. You will work with data scientists to turn models into production-ready systems and design CI/CD pipelines for ML deployment.

You will collaborate with our infrastructure team on compute and platform foundations, taking ownership of ML infra for impactful projects in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and production code experience.
• Hands-on experience building ML CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with model serving, monitoring and drift detection.
• Comfort with on-prem infrastructure and large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Turn AI models by data scientists into production-ready systems.
• Take ownership of ML infrastructure and operations across key projects.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML training, testing and deployment.
• Maintain model registries and monitor performance and drift in production.
• Collaborate with infrastructure on compute, networking and platform foundations.
• Explore and introduce new tools and technologies to the team.
