Job summary

Terma seeks (Senior) Machine Learning Engineers to join the Accelerator team in Denmark. You will collaborate with data scientists to turn promising models into production-ready systems and own ML infra for major projects.

Expect hands-on work, end-to-end ML pipelines, and strong security considerations in a dynamic, international setting. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor model performance and drift, and work with the infra team to ensure robust deployment and scalability

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, comp sci or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong Python and production-grade coding experience.
• Experience building ML CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience with model serving and monitoring in production.
• Familiarity with on-prem infrastructure and systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Turn ML models into production-ready systems with data scientists.
• Own ML infrastructure and operations across key projects.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML training, testing and deployment.
• Maintain model registries and monitor model performance and drift.
• Collaborate with infrastructure on compute, networking and platform foundations.
• Investigate and evaluate new tools and technologies for the team.
