Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Data Scientist to join its AI & Advanced Analytics team. You will build state-of-the-art AI capabilities, train deep learning models, and manage data pipelines for mission-critical defense applications.

You will collaborate with engineers, domain experts, and customers, shaping AI solutions used by Denmark and international partners. English proficiency is required; Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data science experience with a track record of delivering AI/ML solutions.
• Strong AI/ML skills and familiarity with modern software development practices.
• Proficiency in Python, data analysis, data manipulation, signal processing and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train machine learning models on real-world data and simulations.
• Own data pipelines, AI modeling, and algorithm development for high-impact projects.
• Ensure secure, reliable AI solutions meeting standards for mission-critical systems.
• Evaluate model performance and drive improvements in accuracy and robustness.
• Collaborate with end users to translate operational needs into AI solutions.
• Work with engineering, domain experts and customers to deliver capabilities.
