Job summary

Biopharma Careers seeks an Associate Market Access Director for Obesity & MASH in Region EUCAN. You will shape access strategies for obesity and liver disease, guiding affiliates through payer conversations, HTA interactions and reimbursement submissions.

You will oversee regional market access efforts, monitor pricing and policy changes, and ensure launch readiness through cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Medical & Finance teams.

Qualifications

• An M.Sc. in economics, public health, epidemiology, pharmacy, business or related field.
• At least 7 years of pharma market access experience at affiliate, regional or HQ or consultancy.
• Track record developing and executing market access strategies and reimbursement submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead market access efforts across obesity & liver disease portfolio in EUCAN region.
• Identify and pursue reimbursement opportunities across Region EUCAN.
• Monitor HTA/policy developments and inform evidence generation and pricing.
• Coordinate with affiliates to shape local access plans and launch readiness.
• Gather payer insights via research, advisory boards and HTA interactions.
