Job summary

Cari is seeking an Associate Market Access Director - Obesity & MASH (Region EUCAN) to shape how new and existing treatments reach people across Europe and Canada. You will lead market access strategies, guide affiliates through implementation and turn payer and policy shifts into clear plans.

You will collaborate with regional teams to monitor HTA developments, develop access plans, and drive evidence generation to support launches, pricing and reimbursement decisions.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in economics, public health, epidemiology, pharmacy, business or related field.
• At least 7 years pharma market access experience.
• Proven track record developing and executing market access strategies and reimbursement submissions.
• Strong project, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Business acumen, anchor market access activities to patient access and business goals.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead market access efforts across the obesity & MASH portfolio and coordinate activities in the regional office.
• Develop and support affiliates in executing market access strategies for the obesity and MASH portfolios.
• Identify, assess and pursue reimbursement opportunities across Region EUCAN.
• Monitor reimbursement, pricing, HTA and policy developments to identify opportunities for reimbursement, risks and evidence needs.
• Partner with affiliates to shape local access plans, reimbursement submissions and launch readiness.
• Gather payer insights through research, advisory boards and formal HTA interactions to inform strategy and evidence generation.
