Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Region Europe & Canada is seeking a Market Access Manager to shape how therapies reach patients across the region. You will develop market access strategies, support affiliates in executing them, and navigate a dynamic pricing and HTA landscape to align with patient access and business goals.

You will own market access for your therapy areas, collaborate with global and regional teams, manage external vendors, and help drive successful launches through payer research,

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in economics, public health, epidemiology, pharmacy or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience in pharma market access.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing market access strategies and reimbursement submissions.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop market access strategies and tactical plans, contribute to cross-functional regional strategy, and support affiliates in shaping and implementing their local plans.
• Monitor the market access and HTA landscape across Europe & Canada, flagging key risks and opportunities to your manager and regional peers.
• Validate strategies and input to drug development externally through timely, compliant payer research and payer advisory boards, and support Global and affiliate colleagues in formal HTA interactions.
• Support go-to-market strategy and capability-building plans for new launches at regional and affiliate level.
• Build and maintain tools to track key affiliate market access activities, offering strategic sparring where it adds value.
• Coordinate Pricing & Market Access activities in the regional office and affiliate engagements, share best practices, and manage the budget for your own tasks and external projects.
