Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Denmark is seeking an Associate Market Access Director for Obesity & MASH to lead market access efforts across the region and coordinate activities in the EUCAN office. The role focuses on developing and executing reimbursement strategies, HTA submissions and payer insights to enable patient access and business outcomes.

You will collaborate with affiliate teams across Europe and Canada, align with Pricing & Market Access and cross-functional partners, and drive launch readiness

Qualifications

• An M.Sc. in economics, public health, epidemiology, pharmacy, business or related field.
• At least 7 years of pharma market access experience at affiliate, regional or HQ or from consultancy.
• Proven track record developing and executing market access strategies and reimbursement submissions to payers and HTA bodies.
• Strong project, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Business acumen with ability to anchor market access activities to patient access and business goals.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support affiliates in executing market access strategies for obesity and MASH portfolios.
• Identify, assess and pursue reimbursement opportunities across Region EUCAN.
• Monitor reimbursement, pricing, HTA and policy developments to identify opportunities, risks and evidence needs.
• Partner with affiliates to shape local access plans, reimbursement submissions and launch readiness.
• Gather payer insights through research, advisory boards and HTA interactions to inform strategy and evidence generation.
• Coordinate cross-functional and regional market access activities, share best practices and align priorities with stakeholders.
