Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Copenhagen seeks an Associate Consumer Pricing Director to lead pricing and deal strategy for non-traditional channels across EUCAN, with obesity as the primary focus. You will shape how deals are designed and negotiated, protecting the pricing system to improve patient access.

You’ll turn analysis into recommendations, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and oversee pricing analytics, forecasting, and lifecycle management across markets.

Qualifications

• You combine pricing expertise with commercial understanding and the confidence to influence decisions at every level.
• An M.Sc. or MBA in economics, business administration, finance or a similar field.
• At least 7 years of pricing, access, analytics or finance experience across affiliates, regions or HQ.
• Proven expertise in international reference pricing and HTA, launch planning and lifecycle management.
• Strong negotiation and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• You will be the recognised expert on commercial channel pricing for EUCAN and translate analysis into actionable deals.
• Lead pricing strategy for e-health, online prescribers, online pharmacies, and direct-to-employer channels with obesity focus.
• Develop deal structures, guardrails, and pricing analytics to support negotiations with key accounts.
• Safeguard pricing systems across the portfolio, monitor IRP risks, and inform pricing decisions with insights.
• Build pricing analytics capabilities and mentor colleagues across regions and affiliates.
