Job summary

NACOS Marine is seeking a Senior Security Architect to own cybersecurity architecture across its maritime product portfolio. You will define and safeguard security posture, develop roadmaps, and act as the go-to authority on product security for global development teams.

You will translate complex OT security standards into actionable guidance for engineers, product owners, and stakeholders, ensuring security is embedded from design to post-sale support across all product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Senior-level experience in security architecture within OT/industrial environments such as maritime, energy, or production.
• Strong knowledge of OT security standards including IEC 62443-3-3, IEC 61162-460, and IACS E22/E26/E27.
• Hands-on experience with security products: SIEM, AV/EDR, firewalls, IDS, and ML-based detection systems.
• Excellent IT/OT network, OS, PLC, and database understanding.
• Experience with cloud or hybrid deployments and modern deployment models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product security architecture for OT systems across the maritime product portfolio.
• Develop long-term security capability roadmaps aligned with product strategy and threat landscapes.
• Champion best-in-class security practices and drive adoption of modern technologies across the organization.
• Translate security standards and class-society requirements into actionable development requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and sales to embed security throughout the product lifecycle.
