Job summary

Maersk Tankers is seeking a Security Manager to act as the senior security expert across maritime, office, personnel, and travel security. You will develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security management framework, providing risk-based guidance to support business operations and risk-aware decision-making.

You will oversee secure vessel operations worldwide, lead security preparedness and response activities, and drive ongoing improvements to security programmes, including TMSA

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate security, risk management or maritime security.
• Proficiency in security risk assessment and ISPS Code understanding.
• Ability to design and govern security programmes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior security SME for maritime, office, personnel and travel security.
• Develop, implement and maintain a robust security management framework across the organisation.
• Provide risk-based security advice to support business operations.
• Support secure vessel operations worldwide and lead security preparedness and response activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of security programmes, including TMSA Element 13.
