• Lead and develop a global team of application experts and regional portfolio managers, fostering collaboration across geographies
• Partner cross-functionally with Leaders in Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to align portfolio development with go-to-market strategies
• Engage directly with key customers, industry partners, and technology leaders to co-create solutions and represent Danfoss at industry forums
• Build compelling business cases for new solutions, including target pricing, forecasts, cost assessments, and risk analysis

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Own and drive the global portfolio strategy for data center cooling solutions, translating customer needs and market trends into a clear, prioritized roadmap that aligns with Danfoss\' growth ambitions


• Lead and develop a global team of application experts and regional portfolio managers, fostering collaboration across geographies and ensuring alignment between global strategy and regional execution


• Partner cross-functionally with key Leaders and Stakeholders in Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to align portfolio development with go-to-market strategies, ensuring faster time-to-market and strong customer adoption


• Engage directly with key customers, industry partners, and technology leaders globally to co-create solutions, gather insights, and represent Danfoss at industry forums and standardization committees


• Build compelling business cases for new solutions, including target pricing, volume forecasts, cost assessments, and risk analysis to support investment decisions

What We\’re Looking For

• Bachelor\’s or master\’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in product management, application engineering, portfolio strategy, or solution development in industries such as data centers, HVACR, thermal management, energy infrastructure, industrial systems, or adjacent technology sectors


• Proven leadership experience managing global teams and driving cross-regional portfolio strategies with measurable results


• Strong track record leading cross-functional innovation projects from concept through market launch


• Deep expertise in market analysis, customer insights, value proposition development, and competitive positioning


• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to lead without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams and geographies


• Business fluent English skills and willingness to travel internationally 30–40% to engage with customers, partners, and internal teams
