LEGO Group in Billund seeks a Senior Manager - Next-Gen Pre-Pack Counting Lead to own the counting technology roadmap and define future architecture for automated packing. You will lead specialist teams across R&D, production sites and suppliers to deliver scalable counting solutions.

You will shape the equipment architecture, drive safe and efficient production, and align interfaces with project leaders and automation partners. This role requires travel and strong English communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or technical degree in mechanical/marine engineering or automation.
• Significant automation experience in high-volume production.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Experience applying LEAN to reliable, scalable production.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with R&D, suppliers, and production sites.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Define counting technology roadmap for LEGO element portfolio.
• Define scalable counting methods for elements across portfolios.
• Shape equipment architecture and manage interfaces between subsystems.
• Lead specialist teams, own scope, quality, timing, and cost.
• Gather requirements with project leaders, platform owners, suppliers, and production sites.
• Travel approximately four to six weeks annually to collaborate with partners and sites.
