Job summary

Lundbeck A/S, H is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Analytical Development for small-molecule programs, shaping strategic direction and delivering high-quality analytical science.

You will manage a team of scientists and technicians, collaborate with CMC, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing, and drive development programs from concept through to delivery in a fast-paced, science-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience developing teams and driving performance in analytical science.
• MSc or PhD in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or engineering with solid experience in analytical development of small molecules.
• Strong stakeholder management across CMC, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing; balance scientific, business, and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analytical scientists and technicians.
• Drive analytical development activities across Lundbeck’s small-molecule portfolio with high quality and timely delivery.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership within analytical development and characterization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to enable successful drug development.
• Contribute to growth of the Analytical Development organization through talent development and resource planning.
