Lundbeck is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Analytical Development (AD) organization for small molecules. Based in Valby, Denmark, you will lead a team of scientists and technicians, driving development activities and ensuring high scientific quality for drug candidates.

AD is part of the Chemical & Pharmaceutical Development (C&PD) organization. C&PD is responsible for CMC development and innovation for new drug candidates based on chemically synthesized molecules.
In AD, we play a key role across the value chain, contributing to drug substance and drug product development and release for clinical trials through analytical characterization, solid-state and particle size studies, and pre-formulation analysis.
You will be part of a department of 30 colleagues, equally divided between technicians and scientists, located in Valby and Lumsås, Denmark. The department is organized into three teams: Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Phys/Chem. As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading one of these teams, reporting directly to the senior director of AD.

Annual base salary range: 786 000 - 1 081 300 DKK gross
