• Expertise in chromatographic methods (UPLC/HPLC).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject-matter expertise in chromatographic methods (UPLC/HPLC) and dissolution testing.
• Lead scientific troubleshooting and root-cause investigations to deliver reliable results.
• Drive improvements to method robustness, efficiency, and data quality.
• Develop and update analytical method strategies and study plans.
• Mentor colleagues and laboratory staff in experimental approaches and data interpretation.
• Collaborate across the value chain to translate requirements into validated methods.
