Qualifications

• MSc/PhD in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or related scientific discipline.
• Solid experience in analytical development of small molecule pharmaceuticals.
• Strong stakeholder management across CMC, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Manufacturing.
• Experience in a regulated environment with a quality/compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analytical scientists and technicians.
• Drive analytical development across the small-molecule portfolio.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership within Analytical Development.
• Collaborate with CMC, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Manufacturing.
