Job summary

Ramboll Denmark is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer to drive power systems projects focused on low and medium voltage. You will lead technical scopes, advise clients, and steer engineering teams across Denmark.

You will collaborate with our Energy division on concepts from feasibility to detailed design, participate in testing, and support sales activities. This role requires Danish/English proficiency and a strong client‑facing mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Power Systems and LV/MV engineering.
• Experience leading projects and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of LV/MV systems per standards and regulations.
• Head the technical scope and coordinate engineering teams.
• Act as client’s technical advisor and Owners Engineer when needed.
• Prepare specs for transformers, switchgear, cables, earthing and protection.
• Support procurement with technical clarifications during execution.
• Participate in factory and site acceptance testing.
• Contribute to sales and proposals.
