Job summary

Ramboll Group in Denmark seeks a Senior Lead Engineer for low and medium voltage within its Power Systems department. You will deliver LV/MV projects across diverse sectors, guiding technical scope, coordinating teams, and acting as the client’s advisor to ensure robust, value-driven solutions.

The role combines hands-on engineering leadership with client relationship responsibilities, contributing to Ramboll’s sustainable change and long-term project success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within Power Systems & low voltage & medium voltage engineering.
• Strong ability to lead projects and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
• Experience acting as a technical advisor to clients or Owners Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of low and medium voltage systems according to standards.
• Coordinate and lead smaller to mid-size engineering teams.
• Act as the client’s technical advisor and Owners Engineer for projects.
• Prepare technical specifications for transformers, switchgear, cables, earthing, and protection.
• Support procurement with technical clarifications during execution.
• Participate in factory acceptance testing and site acceptance testing.
• Contribute to sales and proposal activities.
