Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Senior Integration Specialist to lead the design, development, and maintenance of integrations across diverse on‑premises systems. You will own the integration platform, ensuring secure, reliable data exchange and collaboration with IT and stakeholders.

You will modernize integration landscapes, oversee monitoring and incident resolution, and define best practices for integration in legacy environments, while balancing reliability and modernization goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering or similar.
• Proven experience with integration landscapes and architectures.
• Strong understanding of traditional integration patterns (batch, ETL, file transfer, queues).
• Experience with middleware and high-uptime environments.
• Ability to balance operational reliability with modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of integrations across on-prem systems.
• Own and govern the integration platform to enable reliable data exchange.
• Identify opportunities to modernize integrations and reduce technical debt.
• Oversee monitoring, troubleshooting and incident resolution for integrations.
• Define best practices for integration in legacy environments.
