Job summary
Terma is seeking a Feature Architect within our DevSecOps discipline to take ownership of key platform capabilities and align strategic direction with day-to-day delivery. You will work closely with platform engineers, IT and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure DevSecOps solutions, balancing architecture with hands-on prototyping when needed.
Based in Denmark, this internationally oriented role offers flexible hours, a collaborative culture and a pension/health
Qualifications
- Strong background in software or platform architecture in complex environments.
- Experience with cloud-native principles and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience in regulated environments (on-premise) is a plus.
- Hands-on with DevSecOps tools.
- Ability to communicate architectural decisions.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the architecture of DevSecOps platform capabilities.
- Define direction, ownership, and decision structures across the platform.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to translate needs into platform improvements.
- Work with operations to ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure.
- Contribute to platform roadmaps and long-term architectural direction.
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term sustainability and compliance.
- Support and guide engineers through architectural decisions.
- Contribute hands-on when needed to prototype or stabilize solutions.
