Grundfos is seeking aSenior Manager in Group Strategy to lead strategic M&A and in-house corporate consulting initiatives. You will report to the Director, Strategic Growth Platforms, and collaborate with a diverse team of colleagues from over ten nationalities to shape the company’s sustainable growth agenda.

You will manage complex projects, drive end-to-end execution, and influence top management across functions while building strong internal networks for global impact.

• Lead strategic projects across M&A (Pre-DD & CDD), corporate strategy, and growth initiatives.

• Manage senior executives, functional leaders, and cross-disciplinary teams across the organization.
• Translate strategic ambitions into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
