Grundfos is seeking aSenior Manager in Group Strategy to lead strategic M&A and in-house corporate consulting initiatives. You will report to the Director, Strategic Growth Platforms, and collaborate with a diverse team of colleagues from over ten nationalities to shape the company’s sustainable growth agenda.

You will manage complex projects, drive end-to-end execution, and influence top management across functions while building strong internal networks for global impact.

What is the job about?

As a Senior Managerin Group Strategy, you willlead projects inboth our strategic M&A team and our in-house corporate consulting team and. You will report to theDirector, Strategic Growth Platforms, and collaboratewith25highly skilled colleagues from more than 10 nationalities and diverse professional backgrounds - including long-term Grundfos specialists, former top-tier consultants, and alumni of the Grundfos Global Graduate Programme.

Together, we solve key challenges at the top of the C-suite agenda, ensuring Grundfosremainsat the forefront of innovation, sustainability, and social impact.

Furthermore, you will:

• Lead and contribute to strategic projects across the entire Grundfos organisation in areas such as M&A(Pre-DD&CDD), corporate strategy, and growth initiatives.
• Take full ownership of project delivery from scoping and planning through execution - ensuringtimelyresults that align withorganisationalpriorities.
• Engage and manage a broad range of stakeholders, including senior executives, functional leaders, and cross-disciplinary teams across sales, business development, operations, and engineering.
• Translate strategic ambitions into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes, ensuring buy-in and accountability across the business.
• Build strong internal relations and networks while continuously developing your project leadership, stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities in a global setting.
• Gain broad exposure to Grundfos’ global operations while sharpening your consulting, project management, and leadership skills.
• Your background: We are searching for an experienced professional whobringsboth strategic insight and operational execution capability yet stillhavea strong ambition to grow.We envision you have:
• A strong academic record (Master’slevel preferred).
• 6+years of relevant experience, ideally with a backgroundfrommanagementconsultingor corporate strategy roles. M&A experience (Pre-DD&CDD) is apre-requisite(significant M&A experience isa plus).
• A proven ability to lead complex projects involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders across business functions.
• A growth-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and leadchange.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and collaborate effectively across cultural andorganisationalboundaries.
• Excellent communicationand stakeholdermgmt.skills,with a track recordofpreviousexposure to top management.
