Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Lead Strategy Consultant to translate strategic priorities into roadmaps, governance, and measurable outcomes across Group Supply Chain. You will partner with leaders across functions and regions to drive execution and align priorities with investments and capabilities.

You will articulate governance frameworks, support strategic decision-making, and provide executive-level recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, strategy, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategy development, strategic planning, management consulting, business transformation, supply chain, or related area.
• Experience supporting strategy execution and leading cross-functional initiatives in a large international organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills with ability to create alignment across functions and leadership teams.
• Experience translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, governance structures, and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with ability to provide executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to leaders on strategic initiatives and support annual strategy process improvements.
• Facilitate strategy development and translate priorities into execution roadmaps and governance.
• Build alignment on strategic priorities across functions and regions for coordinated execution.
• Develop and enhance governance frameworks, planning processes, and performance management practices.
• Drive strategic follow-up through progress tracking, portfolio management, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Support change and transformation initiatives linked to strategic priorities.
• Partner with VP of Group Supply Chain and leaders to create alignment and business impact.
