Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Senior Communication Consultant to translate complex corporate topics into clear, credible messaging. You will lead communications across M&A, Finance, Strategy and Legal, shaping content and engaging diverse stakeholders to support Grundfos' reputation.

As a Communications Specialist, Corporate Affairs, you’ll partner across the business, craft compelling narratives, and drive strategic communications in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, strategic communications or a related role.
• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of communications.
• Proven experience developing communication content and translating complex topics into clear, engaging messages for different audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, audience-focused messaging.

Responsibilities

• Drive communications across M&A, Finance and Legal priorities with clear messaging for internal and external audiences.
• Build partnerships across Corporate Affairs, consolidating business, financial, legal and reputational perspectives in communication strategies.
• Develop content and narratives across channels, translating complex and sensitive topics into clear messages that build understanding and confidence.
• Collaborate with divisional communications partners to align messaging with business priorities and strengthen consistency across Grundfos.
• Contribute to the broader Corporate Affairs agenda through transparent, coordinated communication that supports Grundfos' reputation.
