Job summary

Grundfos seeks a Lead Strategy Consultant to shape how Group Supply Chain translates strategy into measurable impact across the organization. You will collaborate with senior leaders to translate priorities into roadmaps, governance, and performance metrics.

You will partner with the VP of Group Supply Chain and strategy colleagues to drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, execution, and tangible business outcomes in a complex, international setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in business, strategy, engineering, supply chain management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategy development, strategic planning, management consulting, business transformation, supply chain, or related area.
• Experience supporting strategy execution and leading cross-functional initiatives in a large international organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex topics and provide executive-level recommendations.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, governance structures, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on strategic initiatives and support the annual strategy process.
• Facilitate strategy development and translate priorities into execution roadmaps, assessing investments, capabilities, and readiness.
• Build alignment on strategic priorities across functions and regions for coordinated execution.
• Develop governance frameworks, planning processes, and performance management practices.
• Drive strategic follow-up through portfolio management and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Support change and transformation initiatives linked to strategic priorities.
• Partner with VP of Group Supply Chain and strategy colleagues to create alignment and business impact.
