Job summary

Ambu is seeking an experienced Project Manager for EndoIntelligence Solutions within Global R&D in Denmark. You will lead a cross-functional development project from planning through delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, compliant execution.

You will drive scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and key decisions, while maintaining governance and robust documentation in line with Ambu's quality system and regulatory requirements. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related field required.
• Experience leading development of medical device hardware.
• Proven ability to work with external development partners and suppliers.
• Experience coordinating internal and external teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional development project through all phases of the product development process.
• Drive project planning, execution, and reporting of scope, timeline, budget, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate activities across engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
• Manage collaboration with external development partners and suppliers.
• Facilitate governance activities, including Steering Committee reviews.
• Ensure documentation aligns with Ambu's quality system and regulatory requirements.
• Create transparency and engagement across the project team and stakeholders.
