Job summary

The LEGO Group Brand Parks & Experiences (LBPX) team is seeking a senior digital experience leader to shape and integrate innovative guest experiences across LEGOLAND parks worldwide. You’ll partner with global creative teams to ensure on-brand, engaging experiences that delight families and align with LEGO standards.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, oversee design from concept to delivery, and influence investments through insights from guest research.

Qualifications

• Strong background in digital experience design, digital product development, interactive technologies, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience delivering digital experiences across brand-led environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the LEGO brand vision by driving Foundations and LEGOLAND Heart through investment plans and innovative digital experience projects.
• Lead the integration of digital experiences across CPL products, attractions, and broader digital initiatives.
• Establish a premium collaboration model with Merlin Entertainments' digital experience design teams.
• Partner with LEGO Brand Parks & Experiences, LEG0 Creative Play Lab, and Merlin teams to embed a test-and-learn approach for digital experiences.
• Act as subject matter expert for digital experiences within LEGOLAND attractions and the LBE category.
• Drive digital experience insights and learning agendas using guest feedback and research.
• Support Brand Assurance through day-to-day review and approval of submissions.
• Provide creative leadership and governance across global and local innovation projects.
