Job summary

LEGO House is seeking an Experience Designer to help develop engaging, story-driven experiences for guests of all ages in Billund. You will work from ideation through prototyping to implementation, shaping spaces that blend hands-on LEGO play with learning through play and storytelling.

The role emphasizes collaboration with designers, engineers, Play Agents, marketing, and operations to deliver inspiring, practical experiences while considering guest flow and accessibility.

Qualifications

Experience designing physical, immersive experiences.
Experience turning ideas into tangible environments.
Skilled concept development and prototyping.

Responsibilities

Contribute to playful, engaging experiences turning LEGO play into guest journeys.
Prototype and test concepts in physical spaces using guest feedback.
Design interactions that encourage creativity and learning through play.
Shape guest journeys balancing open play with guidance and memorable moments.
Facilitate workshops and co-creation with multidisciplinary teams.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, Play Agents, marketing and operations.
