Zealand Pharma is seeking a Senior Project Manager for DD&T in Søborg, Denmark. You will lead complex digital initiatives across the value chain, acting as a strategic counterpart to the business and translating needs into projects with a hybrid delivery approach.

You will manage actions, decisions and risks, delivering validated and compliant systems in close collaboration with users, process owners and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in IT or related field.
• Experience leading digital projects in regulated life sciences.
• PM and Agile certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex digital initiatives across Zealand Pharma.
• Translate business needs into digital projects and solutions.
• Run a hybrid delivery model with structured and agile methods.
• Track actions, decisions and risks for a single project portfolio view.
• Secure delivery of validated, tested and compliant systems with users and suppliers.
• Facilitate change management and keep stakeholders informed.
