Job summary

DAQUMA is seeking a Junior Technical Project Manager to support life science and pharma clients across IT, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and R&D. You will work on IT system implementations, data migrations, and data analysis while growing your project management skills within a regulated environment.

You will gain exposure to Veeva, CARA, Ennov and other systems, manage scope and timelines, and contribute to project success with mentorship and hands-on learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a project manager in a regulated industry.
• Experience implementing content and data management systems such as Veeva, CARA, Ennov.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resources effectively.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proactive risk handling.
• An innovative mindset driving improvement and growth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IT system implementations.
• Lead data migrations to systems like Veeva, CARA, and other data management platforms.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support project goals.
• Conduct requirement analysis and assist in system selection and proposals.
• Support IT Validation activities.
• Assist in junior IT or data project management tasks.

About the role

As a Junior Technical Project Manager, you will support DAQUMA’s life science and pharma clients with various execution and advisory tasks across GxP and non-GxP projects, primarily within IT, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and R&D.

You will engage in diverse projects, enhancing your skills across a wide range of areas based on your interests and expertise.

The role involves:

• Participate in IT system implementations
• Data migrations (to e.g., Veeva, CARA, and other content and data management systems)
• Data analysis and reporting
• Requirement analysis and system selection/proposal
• IT Validation
• Junior IT or Data Project Management

About you

You bring:

• Proven experience of 3+ years as a project manager in a regulated industry
• Experience implementing content and data management systems such as Veeva, CARA, Ennov, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Strong team player, ability to manage oneself and solve tasks indepently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues promptly
• An innovative mindset, driving improvement and growth within the organization
