Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S, based in Bagsværd, Denmark, seeks a Senior Project Manager IT to lead strategic digital initiatives within CMC Digital & IT, building a common data foundation and harmonising product, process and analytical information for regulated submissions.

You will drive data governance, deliver reusable data products, and coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Regulatory, Quality and Manufacturing, turning ambitious plans into tangible improvements and speedier approvals.

Qualifications

• Requires a master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience leading large-scale IT, digital transformation or data programmes.
• Strong experience with data governance, master data management, information models and enterprise data standards.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional programmes involving IT, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Product Development and Data Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project management for strategic CMC initiatives.
• Roll out data harmonisation across CMC focusing on analytical and laboratory data.
• Drive data governance and standardisation for Digital CMC and AI initiatives.
• Coordinate product development requests between users, vendors, and IT partners.
• Coach and guide project teams in an agile environment.
