Job summary

Novonesis in Denmark is seeking a (Senior) Digital Implementation Specialist to connect scientific needs with scalable digital solutions, working with scientists and local digital teams to translate workflows into practical implementations and drive adoption across PPD.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, structured problem-solving, and coordinating across disciplines to ensure value is realized. The team operates in a hybrid office-first setup with limited travel where needed.

Qualifications

• Relevant BSc or MSc degree in science, engineering, technology or related field.
• Experience with digital implementation, workflow improvement, or project coordination.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with scientists and local digital teams to translate workflows into clearly defined problems and value cases.
• Coordinate implementation activities across local teams, platform owners and other partners.
• Enable sustainable adoption by building local capabilities and establishing governance and handover processes.
