Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex digital solutions across the value chain.
• Experience delivering and managing digital initiatives in the life science industry.
• PM certification and agile methodologies preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to plan and run workshops and translate between business needs and technical perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement complex initiatives across the organization, both GxP-regulated and non-GxP.
• Design and facilitate solutions in close collaboration with Line of Business.
• Co-develop project timelines, milestones and delivery approach with business and suppliers, choosing structured or agile methods to fit the initiative.
• Track actions, decisions and risks, feeding into a single, consolidated view of the DD&T project portfolio.
• Secure delivery of validated, tested and compliant systems in collaboration with users and stakeholders.
• Facilitate change management and keep all stakeholders informed throughout the projects.
