Job summary

Pharmacosmos A/S, based in Holbæk, Denmark, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead two to five strategic projects across the value chain, reporting to the Data & Projects Director. You will build business cases, manage vendor RFPs, establish governance, and ensure progress, milestones and budgets are tracked.

The role blends leadership with hands-on project execution in a dynamic, international healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• A relevant master's degree in economics, business administration, engineering, science, medicine or a related field
• At least three years of experience in strategy consulting, project management or a comparable role
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to engage stakeholders and drive change
• Experience with project management tools and advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• An open-minded, curious and pragmatic approach, combined with a strong sense of accountability
• Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English
• A recognised project management certification, such as PRINCE2, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from initial assessment through implementation and close-out
• Develop and refine business cases, requirements and solution evaluations
• Lead vendor selection processes, including requests for proposals and comparison of responses
• Establish appropriate project governance, project teams and steering committees
• Manage project plans, progress, milestones, risks and financials
• Engage stakeholders and communicate project status to senior management and the wider organisation
• Contribute actively to project execution and implementation
