Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and 7+ years leading large IT or data programmes.
• Experience in data governance, master data management and data standards.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional programmes with IT, Regulatory, Quality and Manufacturing.
• Ability to manage scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks and stakeholders end to end.

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end project management – roadmap, analysis, delivery and hypercare for strategic initiatives.
• Roll out data harmonisation across CMC, focusing on analytical and laboratory data.
• Drive standardisation and governance to enable Digital CMC, AI and structured submissions.
• Manage roadmaps, spot impediments early and keep delivery on track.
• Own budgeting, stakeholder management and communication across the line of business.
• Coordinate product development requests between users, vendors and IT partner.
• Lead, guide and coach the project team with a servant-leader agile approach.
