Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Senior Technical Systems Engineer in Søborg, Denmark, to plan, drive, and coordinate deliverables within a cutting-edge SW platform organization. You will lead cross-functional teams across software, hardware, and infrastructure to align dependencies, priorities, and milestones with the broader roadmap.

You will operate with a system-level view to identify risks, drive technical decisions, and maintain momentum by ensuring deliverables stay on track.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience working with software.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in system development, preferably within systems engineering or software architecture, including close collaboration with software development teams and experience producing system specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and technical coordination skills, including the ability to break down complex system challenges into manageable components.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams and the flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists, platform engineers, software developers, infrastructure and test engineers to specify, develop, verify, and validate software platform solutions.
• Engage with Business Development and customers to understand their needs and translate customer insights into viable technical solutions that meet customer requirements and support our commercial ambitions.
• Absorb complex technical subjects, document them, and communicate key concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
• Engage in team alignment activities and share knowledge and best practices with fellow systems engineers.
