Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund is seeking a Creative Manager to lead packaging and product communication across multiple projects, ensuring premium visuals and compelling storytelling that resonate with shoppers worldwide.

You will guide creative direction, work with internal teams and external partners, and drive projects from brief to final packaging while embracing our Best of Both hybrid model and a culture rooted in play and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Senior Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer with leadership experience.
• Able to translate marketing briefs into visual product and packaging communication.
• Excellent communication skills that inspire and engage others.
• Able to act as the creative bridge between stakeholders.
• Be a natural go-to person, modelling good team behaviour.
• Foster a positive environment and collaboration across designers, freelancers, partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure engaging product activation and inspiring play experiences that spark imagination and inner stories.
• Translate audience understanding, key messages and goals into effective packaging design.
• Navigate stakeholder landscape across Marketing, IP Partners and LEGO designers to base decisions on strategy and brand.
• Shape and support visual identity and principal packaging design for feasible execution.
• Contribute beyond own area to drive cross-functional initiatives across our network.
