You will own features end-to-end, work directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements, and improve integrations with ERP and email platforms.

The role requires strong Python expertise, willingness to work with Go, and a delivery-focused mindset to ship practical software that scales with business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong backend software engineering experience, particularly with Python.
• Experience building, deploying and maintaining production software for real customers.
• Experience in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• Ability to own projects and deliver with minimal management.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and proactive decision-making.
• Delivery-focused mindset toward practical, reliable software.
• Willingness to work with Go in the web app layer.
• Experience with production AI systems or agentic applications.

Responsibilities
