Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems powering production AI agents.
• Own features and technical problem spaces end-to-end, from discovery and architecture through to deployment and iteration.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Build and improve integrations across ERP systems, email platforms, and operational data sources.
• Develop reliable software that processes real business data and supports mission-critical workflows.
• Contribute to the technical architecture, engineering standards, and culture of an early-stage startup.
• Work closely with the founding team to prioritise problems, make technical decisions, and scale the product.
