Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer for Denmark (Copenhagen) to drive presales activities, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations to enterprise customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with sales teams, articulate the value of Salesforce AI and Agentic Enterprise offerings, and shape technical sales strategies for key accounts in Denmark.

Qualifications

• Strong solution engineering, consultancy, delivery or training track record.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Danish is a plus.
• Able to translate customer needs into a vision and roadmap.
• Experience in AI, automation, Generative AI strategy.

Responsibilities

• Articulate Salesforce values and platform benefits to customers at all levels.
• Understand client industry and tailor Salesforce solutions to business needs.
• Build and present demos to key decision-makers showing business value.
• Keep up-to-date with technology trends, Salesforce products and programs.
• Lead the solution side of the sales cycle with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with account executives, specialists, and partners."
• Present Salesforce and partner solutions and maintain customer relationships.
• Participate in internal training and mentorship initiatives.
