Terma Group is seeking a Solution Engineer to drive the market launch of the Sphera radar in Denmark and Europe. You will work at the crossroads of Sales, R&D, and live customer operations, joining a specialized team delivering state-of-the-art radar and C2 technology.
You will travel 75–100 days per year, perform on-site demonstrations, installations, and ongoing upgrades. Fluent English required; Danish is a plus. Terma offers a dynamic, autonomous culture and strong focus on development.

As our new Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in launching Sphera in the market, working at the crossroad of Sales, R&D, and live customer operations. Due to high demand for our new 3D drone detection radar (Sphera), we are expanding our dedicated Demo & Hyper-Care task force. You will join a specialized team of experienced engineers collaborating on state-of-the-art radar and Command & Control (C2) technology. Expect a dynamic role with shifting priorities and 75–100 travel days per year. Direct hands-on work with market-leading 3D defense technology. A strong, collaborative culture with high peer support and a throughout onboarding.
Your key responsibilities include:
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
