Terma Group is seeking a Solution Engineer in Customer Solutions to bridge customers and Terma's radar organization. You will define and deliver right solutions, work with Sales, PM, R&D, and Customer Services, and lead technical aspects of bids with demonstrations and verifications. As our new Solution Engineer, you will act as the technical bridge between customers and Terma's radar organization. You will play a key role in defining and delivering the right solutions for our customers, working closely with colleagues across Sales, Program Management, R&D, and Customer Services.
The role combines systems engineering, customer interaction, solution design, and technical leadership. You will work with customer requirements, technical proposals, demonstrations, verification activities, and project support, ensuring that customer needs are translated into practical and competitive solutions.
You can expect a varied workday where priorities may shift as customers’ needs and project activities evolve. While many tasks require close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders, you will also work independently and take ownership of your solutions.
You will join a team of twelve highly experienced engineers who are passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting each other's development. The team provides excellent opportunities for learning and peer‑to‑peer training, helping you build both technical and domain expertise.
Travel activity of approximately 30-50 days per year should be expected.
Our radar sensors are often at the core of larger surveillance solutions, integrating multiple subsystems to provide reliable situational awareness in all weather conditions. You will help turn customer needs into practical, verified solutions and support them throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
