atNorth is a leading Nordic data center company seeking a Security Automation & Delivery Specialist to join our Security team. You will drive automation, process improvement, and reporting to enhance information security and compliance across our Nordic sites.

This role requires 5+ years in security/compliance with hands-on tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Power Automate, Vanta, and Power BI. Responsibilities include simplifying security processes, building BI dashboards, and steering AI-driven

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience combining information security, compliance, and automation.
• Experience in data center environments or regulated industries.
• Strong governance, risk management, controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2.
• Proven track record of delivering automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Simplify, standardize, and optimize security and compliance processes.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
• Support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance activities and audit readiness.
• Design and implement security reporting workflows and dashboards.
• Lead automation projects from planning through delivery with stakeholders.
• Evaluate AI options for security and compliance workflows.
