Job summary

GlobalConnect A/S is seeking a Nordic Automation & Process Lead to own the automation of end-to-end processes across Denmark, Sweden and Norway, aligning business needs with new IT capabilities. You will drive standardisation, design future-state workflows and oversee testing, adoption and benefits realisation.

Based in the Nordic region, the role collaborates with IT, Data, Finance and Commercial teams to maximise automation potential and improve lead times across the delivery organisation.

Qualifications

• Solid project management experience delivering end-to-end process design, digital transformation or automation.
• Strong understanding of IT landscapes, system integrations, data flows and how technology supports processes.
• Experience translating operational needs into business requirements, user journeys and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated experience implementing change across functions, systems or countries with solid benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Map and redesign end-to-end processes across multiple functions and Nordic countries.
• Drive standardisation across Denmark, Sweden and Norway and build a roadmap of automation opportunities.
• Document future-state processes and dependencies for Business and IT.
• Translate operational needs into clear requirements and process designs with IT stakeholders.
• Build business cases and evaluate opportunities based on capacity, cost, quality and lead time.
• Own the business side of testing, UAT and implementation and phase-out of legacy processes.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new processes and automation.
