Job summary

GlobalConnect seeks a Nordic Automation & Process Lead to own automated end-to-end processes across Denmark, Sweden and Norway. You will bridge Business and IT, turning operational needs into scalable process designs and automation opportunities within a larger transformation program.

You’ll coordinate across Nordic delivery, IT, Data and Finance functions, building business cases and leading change to realise tangible efficiency gains and reduced manual work.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end process design and automation projects.
• Strong understanding of IT landscapes, integrations and data flows.
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear business requirements and user journeys.
• Proven track record of driving change across functions, systems or countries.

Responsibilities

• Map and redesign end-to-end processes across sales, order, design, planning, establishment and delivery, identifying manual work, system disconnects, waiting time and unnecessary handovers.
• Drive standardisation across Denmark, Sweden and Norway and develop a prioritised roadmap of automation opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and document agreed future-state processes, decisions, dependencies and requirements.
• Translate operational needs into clear business requirements, user journeys and process designs, working closely with IT stakeholders.
• Build business cases and evaluate opportunities based on expected impact on capacity, cost, quality and lead time.
• Own the business side of testing, UAT and implementation, while supporting the phase-out of local processes, systems and manual workarounds.
• Drive and support change management initiatives to ensure new processes and solutions are understood, adopted and embedded across the organisation.
• Follow automation initiatives through to measurable results, ensuring that released capacity and process improvements translate into operational or financial benefits.
